365 Blessed – 351 – 30th May

Today I feel blessed by a busy and productive day.

I feel blessed by alternating care of a house full of children with a friend so that we could each have time to ourselves.

I feel blessed by sunshine and a trampoline which meant lots of outside time for the children today.

I feel blessed by receiving lots of photos of Gram from the various family members and noting that her hair doesn’t change while everyone else has many hair style changes!

365 Blessed – 346 – 25th May

Today I feel blessed by an art project, card making and new play dough activities that kept us entertained on yet another very rainy day.

I feel blessed by a visit to the chiropractor for all of us.

I feel blessed by some good sleep for Andrew this evening after a return to work today.

I feel blessed by a new sling to keep Andrew’s arm more secure.

365 Blessed – 342 – 21st May


Today I feel blessed by a fun session at Mindlab (www.themindlab.com) where Eva enjoyed working with others to make circuits and switches.

I feel blessed by a morning with Hugo and I hanging out and my squeezing in some reading and planning.

I feel blessed by an afternoon at the Museum checking out the sea exhibitions, the dinosaurs and the shop!

I feel really blessed that Andrew is safe after a scooter accident in which he broke his collarbone.

I feel very blessed to have a friend who had Eva and Hugo for a sleepover while Andrew and I spent time at the hospital this evening.

365 Blessed – 341 – 20th May

Today I feel blessed by a full but enjoyable day.

I feel blessed by a fun ski lesson for Eva and I and a return to kindy for Hugo with several pieces of art.

I feel blessed by an afternoon at playgroup with fellow homeschoolers involving woodwork, barrel swings, and hot glue guns.

365 Blessed – 340- 19th May

Today I feel blessed by a sleep in for Hugo who isn’t feeling great.

I feel blessed by a quiet morning and a great and inspirational appointment with the naturopath.

I feel blessed by a visit from a friend.

I feel blessed by yoga for Eva and a library visit for Hugo and I.

I feel blessed by Andrew’s safe return in time for book reading this evening.

365 Blessed – 335 – 14th May


Today we were blessed by a morning at Titirangi Beach exploring and chatting with other homeschool families and blessed to leave just as the heavy rain started.


I feel blessed to have two enthusiastic cherubs keen to start their “The Sea” project books after so much interest on holiday.

I feel blessed to have made and to be enjoying a yummy peppermint cream (https://wholefoodsimply.com/peppermint-creams/) tonight.  So good!

365 Blessed – 323 – 2nd May

We feel so blessed by a day of relaxation and fun on Mololo Island.

I feel blessed by starting the day reading on the hammocks while the children played around us.


I feel blessed by a family kayak adventure to an island where Eva was able to snorkel with Andrew at the drop off of the coral reef which meant that she was able to see colourful coral and fish.  The look of joy on her face when she was describing what she saw was fabulous.


I feel blessed that we all came back after a catamaran sailing adventure this afternoon.2-11

I feel blessed that Hugo enjoyed swimming with Andrew where the fish were swimming past thus didn’t need a snorkel.

I feel blessed by a snorkelling trip to Honeymoon Island where Andrew and I saw lots of amazing fish and coral while gently moving through the warm water.


We feel blessed by watching the sun set from our beach lounges.


We feel blessed by a Fiji culture concert where Eva and Hugo dressed up and performed along with the other kids club children and other adult performers.

365 Blessed – 321 – 30th April


Today I feel blessed for a gorgeous sunrise at the beach with Eva and Hugo.

We feel blessed by time for a massage while the cherubs enjoyed kids club.

I feel blessed by exercise while enjoying listening to a new podcast.


I feel blessed by the fun time that Eva and Hugo had with Daddy on the Aqua Trike today.

I feel blessed by a dinner of fish and chips by the sea and a ride on the Bula Bus with the children.
